Position Summary

The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator supports the school’s growth and recruitment efforts by representing MD Technical School at community events, job fairs, and partner meetings. This role is responsible for engaging prospective students, collecting and managing candidate information, and providing timely follow-up to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through enrollment. The coordinator works closely with the Growth Manager and other team members to execute outreach strategies, track progress, and maintain relationships with community partners.

Position Title: LAN Architect

(Mid-Level to Senior)

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Contract / Full‑time (as required)

Position Summary

The LAN Architect owns the design, standards, and target-state architecture for campus/branch LANs. This role produces reference designs, leads migrations and refreshes, defines segmentation and Zero Trust approaches, and partners with operations to improve reliability and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Define access/distribution/core reference architectures and standards (VLAN/VRF, IP addressing, QoS, multicast).
  • Design and enforce segmentation (802.1X, NAC, microsegmentation) for users, IoT/OT, and guests.
  • Author design documents, BOMs, MoPs, validation plans, and runbooks.
  • Lead deployments, POCs and post-change validation; coordinate vendors and field teams.
  • Drive monitoring, telemetry, and automation (Ansible/Python/APIs) to reduce MTTR and manual effort.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing and operating enterprise LANs.
  • Strong L2/L3 knowledge (802.1Q, STP variants, LACP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF; BGP basics desirable).
  • Experience with 802.1X/NAC solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass) and WLAN fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more vendor stacks (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Mist).
  • Clear technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

  • CCNP/CCIE Enterprise or equivalent, EVPN/VXLAN or SD-Access experience, scripting/automation skills.

Position Summary

Serves as Scrum Master or Cloud Project Manager for cloud migrations and transformation projects. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Track dependencies, manage risks, and escalate blockers.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams for cloud migrations.
  • Communicate status to stakeholders and maintain project artifacts (backlog, JIRA, burn-downs).

Required Qualifications
